Dr. Raichbach brings a vast amount of both experience and knowledge to Ambrosia of the Palm Beaches. Sal has been in the counseling field for over 15 years and has experience with all facets of the profession. Sal's strongest attributes lie with his clinical skills and his administrative backround. Sal has earned both a doctorate in Psychology as well as a Masters degree in clinical social work. He is actively licensed in the states of FL and NY.

Dorothy “Dottie” Lerum has been working in the field of addictions since 1977. She has worked as a therapist in both residential and outpatient settings using her experience as a counselor, clinical director, and admissions director to become a well rounded professional. In addition, she is experienced running a caduceus group in the treatment of impaired professionals. She is credentialed as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, a Certified Addiction Counselor, and an Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor in the State of Florida. |

Ryan Potter MSW, CAP

Ryan Potter has worked in the field of addiction and mental health since 2005. In that time, Ryan has held a variety of positions within residential and outpatient treatment programs. Ryan received his master's degree from Florida State University in clinical social work, and is credentialed as a Certified Addictions Professional in the state of Florida. Ryan utilizes evidence-based practices with his clients, providing them individualized treatment that has been proven to work. |

Sandra Palmer LMHC

Sandra (Sam) Palmer received her Master’s Degree in Education in Mental Health Counseling from from University of Toledo and is a LMHC in the State of Florida. She has worked in the mental health field since 1990. Sam has a diverse clinical background having worked with children and families in the foster care system, working with older adults, working with homeless veterans with addictions and for the past 10 years in the field of addiction.
Sam specializes in chemical dependency, group & individual
therapy focused on an eclectic therapeutic approaches, and is an authorized EMDR practitioner. One of her strengths is focusing on the social, emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person and allowing them to learn and evolve in a safe environment toward living a sober holistic lifestyle and helping men and women restore their lives in sobriety with grace and dignity. |
