Sal Raichbach PsyD LCSW
Clinical Director - Ambrosia of the Palm Beaches
Dr. Raichbach brings a vast amount of both experience and knowledge to Ambrosia of the Palm Beaches. Sal has been in the counseling field for over 15 years and has experience with all facets of the profession. Sal's strongest attributes lie with his clinical skills and his administrative backround. Sal has earned both a doctorate in Psychology as well as a Masters degree in clinical social work. He is actively licensed in the states of FL and NY.

James English MS, CAS
Primary Therapist
James brings with him over 18 years of experience working with the addicted population in various modalities. James is a dynamic presence and is able to connect with clients and there families deeply on both emotional and spiritual levels. He received his masters in counseling psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and holds a Certified Addictions Specialist designation from the Florida Certification Board.

Karina Priest LCSW
Primary Therapist
Ms Priest has 21 years of experience in the counseling field, with concentration in mental health, abuse/trauma, and family dynamics. She brings extensive clinical skills and administrative background. Ms Priest is a Diplomate of the APA, Certified Family Life Educator, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Master Addictions Counselor, and most importantly a mom and a wife. |

Melissa Angelo ICADC
Primary Therapist
Melissa Angelo has been working in the treatment field for over six years. Melissa has worked with chemical dependenant and dual diagnosed populations in various settings including IOP and residential treatment. Melissa holds an Addictions Specialist Certification as well as being an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. |

Dorothy Lerum LICDC, CAC, ICADC
Primary Therapist
Dorothy “Dottie” Lerum has been working in the field of addictions since 1977. She has worked as a therapist in both residential and outpatient settings using her experience as a counselor, clinical director, and admissions director to become a well rounded professional. In addition, she is experienced running a caduceus group in the treatment of impaired professionals. She is credentialed as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, a Certified Addiction Counselor, and an Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor in the State of Florida. |

Dale Jerue MHS, CAP
Utilization Review Administrator
In 1991, Dale began his career in the field of substance abuse working as a counselor for Seton Center Detox/St. Elizabeth Hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey. In 1996, Mr. Jerue was directly responsible for the development and management of Seton Center Outpatient Program (SCOP) at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Also in 1996, SCOP participated in pilot implementation of the New Jersey Drug Court and worked in collaboration with many Employee Assistance Programs to include Continental Airlines. In his 19 years as an addictions professional he has amassed clinical, consultation, training, and administrative expertise.

William Romanos, MD
Medical Director & Attending Psychiatrist
Dr. Romanos brings with him over 40 years of clinical experience working with those who suffer from mental illness and chemical dependency. He is a board certified psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of patients with co-occurring disorders. He has had primary roles in the development of many treatment centers in South Florida and is licensed in the dispensing of Suboxone, a state of the art medication used in the withdrawal of opiate dependence. |

Jerry Haffey, brings almost 20 years of experience in the health field. Mr. Haffey is well versed on the clinical side of the business and is a Registered Nurse. He also has experience in the administrative side of the business and has many years of experience in management and marketing. |

Lynne Davis-Tiedemann CAP, ICADC, CEBAF, CRBT
Program Director
Lynne has over twenty years experience working in various modalities for some of the major treatment programs in South Florida. She is a graduate of the Gorski Training Institute for Relapse Prevention and is well respected in the field of addiction. Lynne currently oversees the clinical programs at Ambrosia, developing and supervising all clinical operations. |

Timothy Loceff MS CAP ICADC
Director of Utilization Review
Tim has several years of addictions experience, having worked in many sides of the treatment industry. Tim has held admissions, counseling and insurance positions, and currently is the director of Ambrosia's Utilization Review department. Tim serves as the liaison between the clients, their therapists and their insurance companies to ensure a smooth continuum of care. |

Nicholas Alberto BA Humanities
Director of Operations
Nick has an extensive managerial background and has been working in the field of chemical dependency for over three years. He has several years experience in the substance abuse field and is well versed in dual diagnosis. He received his Bachelors degree in Humanities from Arizona State University. He supervises all Resident Managers and coordinates all day to day operations. In addition, Nick functions as a physician liaison to ensure the clients receive the proper medical and psychiatric treatment while at Ambrosia. |
